ABOUT
With around 20 years of experience in broadcast journalism, I’m a host of CBC’s top-rated investigative TV show Marketplace.
When I’m anchoring CBC Toronto and CBC News Network, I bring my own brand of humour and humanity. I’ve demonstrated I can make complicated live events easy for people to digest and fun for people to watch.
Whether hosting an election night, or on the sidelines of the Raptors’ Victory Parade, I bring an energetic and lively performance to any broadcast.
After years of working as a political correspondent (and even more years behind the scenes as the child of a political staffer and campaigner) I have a passion for politics and an understanding for how to make complex issues make sense for people.
In 2020, I developed my latest course to teach other content creators, and those who lead them, how to tell stories that showcase creativity, highlight personality and stand out in a crowded media landscape.
